The Technical Intern Program is to promote economic development by having young people in developing regions acquire technology and knowledge of Japan to transfer the technology and utilize the skills in their home countries after the technical intern training. This system was established with the purpose of contributing to "human resource development."
Manufacturing plays an important role in every country. In developing countries, there is a need to acquire the advanced technology and knowledge of developed countries in order to develop human resources who will be responsible for economic development and industrial promotion. There are many companies who have heard of "Technical Intern Training Program" but do not understand the system well. However, accepting trainees who do not understand Japanese at all and do not have sufficient Work experience does not have a merit to companies. Therefore, we offer Japanese language training to young Workers and consulting about practical training in the field according to the type of industry, ability and qualification.
They need to take grade skill test concerning the Work that they are engaged with to be able to extend their VISA. Their period of stay would be maximum 5years.
